1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and darazpy ("darazpy", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://darazpy.net. By accessing the darazpy website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the darazpy platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. darazpy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. These Terms should be read alongside the darazpy Privacy Policy and the darazpy Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

2 Age Restriction and Eligibility

Access to and use of the darazpy platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open a player account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on darazpy. By registering, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of account creation.

darazpy applies a strict age verification process. Players will be required to submit valid identity documents — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or Birth Registration Certificate — before any withdrawal request is processed. In some cases, age and identity verification may be requested earlier, including before the first deposit is credited.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use darazpy:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

3 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of darazpy's games, betting markets, and payment services, you must create a single registered player account. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity documents, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, a working email address, and your date of birth. You must not create an account using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.

Account verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) is a standard process that darazpy applies to all players. The documents typically requested for verification include:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address in Bangladesh.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on darazpy are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). darazpy does not apply currency conversion charges. The amount deposited in ৳ is the amount credited to your gaming balance, and winnings are paid out in ৳ to your nominated mobile wallet or bank account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. Deposits made via Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers may have different minimum amounts, which are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider's processing time. darazpy does not charge a fee for processing deposits, though your mobile wallet provider's standard transaction charges may apply.

Processing times may be longer during peak periods, national holidays, or where additional verification is required. darazpy reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• If you have claimed a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-related winnings become withdrawable.
• darazpy reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

darazpy offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant occasions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published at the point of the promotion and must be read in conjunction with these General Terms.

The following conditions apply universally to all bonus offers on darazpy unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, beginning from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified time period are forfeited automatically.

darazpy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will not be affected by mid-promotion changes, unless the promotion is withdrawn due to a technical error or suspected abuse.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

darazpy offers games from internationally recognised and certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 7 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a player on darazpy, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using darazpy to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources, or to structure transactions in a way designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion and Cheating: Working with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage over darazpy or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with darazpy's games or betting markets. All play on darazpy must be conducted manually by the account holder.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using more than one player account, whether under your own identity or that of a third party.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to darazpy's systems, databases, or administrative functions.
• Abusive Conduct: Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward darazpy staff or other players in any communication channel associated with the platform.

darazpy employs fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor account activity continuously. If your account is flagged for investigation, darazpy may temporarily suspend access to your account and freeze any pending withdrawals while the investigation is conducted. You will be notified by email and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

Either you or darazpy may close a player account at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your darazpy account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and the balance paid out to your registered payment method, provided all verification and wagering conditions have been satisfied. Accounts closed voluntarily at the player's request may be reopened upon request, subject to darazpy's standard verification process, unless the closure was initiated as a responsible gaming self-exclusion measure — in which case the exclusion period must expire before reactivation is considered.

Closure or Suspension by darazpy: darazpy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the period specified by darazpy.
• Detection of underage gambling or misrepresentation of age at registration.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a legally authorised representative.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

Where darazpy closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be forfeited. Real-money deposits made by the player (net of any withdrawals already processed) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, except where the funds are subject to a money laundering investigation or a legal hold, in which case they may be withheld pending the outcome of that process.
